Many a times, #leaders see #leadership as #power, #position, #title, #authority etc. That is why #servantleadership is seen as #transformative and #countercultural . In a world where leadership is seen differently, there is a strong need for a great #rolemodel to follow. More importantly, there is a strong need for a practical framework to apply this concept in our day to day lives. These needs prompted me to write my book Not-So-With-YOU. My studies revealed that Jesus Christ is the utmost role model of Servant Leadership. Based on His life and teachings I developed a practical 3-7-10 model for implementing this in the current context. All that and more is available in this book.
