The way leaders behave has a big impact on the way followers feel to be in their company. For organisations, this will make a big impact on the results that the organisation produces. This has been a fascinating subject for many students of Leadership. The bahaviour of Leaders is termed the Leadership Styles. The Leadership styles have linkages to the personality types of the leaders themselves

 

What are the leadership styles suitable for Christian Non Profit organisations? What are the personality types most suited for those Leadership styles? While there are Biblical guidelines on this, there are a number of styles which might become successful too. Our God loves variety and it is difficult to find two successful leaders who are similar. Our God has created each one of us in a unique way and He expects us to understand that uniqueness and use that uniqueness for His glory.

 

MLM is running a research project in identifying the most suited Leadership styles in Christian Non Profit organisations. This research will try to identify the most successful leadership styles and the linkage with the personality types of the leaders.
